Kate Bergman, LISW-S, M.S.S.A

Hi, I’m Kate, and I work with people who are ready to stop abandoning themselves to keep others comfortable, who sense there’s something deeper than talk therapy can reach, and who want to feel safe being authentically themselves.

Through NARM® and Somatic Experiencing®, I’ll help you tune into your body’s wisdom and reconnect with your own inner knowing at your own pace. You don’t need to have it figured out—you just need to be willing to show up exactly as you are. All of you is welcome here.
